April 16, 2016 – A 6-1 second half lifts Dallas women’s lacrosse, 13-6, at University of Northwestern. Colby Madrigal scored a career-best six goals, while Lexi Leite added four.
April 16, 2011 – Dallas baseball pulls one-run victory, 5-4, at home over No. 13 Trinity University. The Crusaders scored three times in the first and held off four runs by the guests in the seventh and eighth frames. Philip Carkhuff went seven plus innings, while Michael Schweiss notched his fourth save with the last six outs.
April 16, 2005 – Blake St. Onge was a triple shy of the cycle and produced seven RBI in a 19-2 triumph over Rust College. His run production total was one shy of the single-game record. In the other matchup that day, Onge added a 3-4 with three RBI and was a home run away from the cycle as he doubled and tripled in that contest.
April 16, 1975 – Steve Eberhardt tossed the program’s second no hitter against Texas College.
