GEORGETOWN, Texas – The University of Dallas men's cross country team continued its fall season with a determined showing at the Southwestern Showdown on Saturday morning at the Southwestern University Soccer Field.

Leading the Crusaders in the 8K race was Jayden Curry, who posted a time of 30:05.45 to finish inside the top half of a competitive field featuring numerous NCAA and club programs. Theodore Conboy followed close behind, clocking 31:04.58 for a steady second-place team finish.

Liam Pelster crossed next for Dallas in 33:30.13, while Matt Mirza (34:49.09) and Martin Lane (39:24.88) rounded out the Crusaders' scoring effort.

Despite facing a deep and experienced field, the University of Dallas runners showed steady improvement and continued to build momentum heading into the SCAC conference meet.
