IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas women's soccer team concluded its SCAC weekend road trip with a pair of matches, falling to LeTourneau University on Friday evening and Austin College on Sunday afternoon.
On Friday in Longview, the Crusaders battled through a tightly contested defensive matchup before conceding the game's lone goal early in the second half, resulting in a narrow 1–0 defeat at the Joyce Family Athletic Village. Dallas tallied eight shots in the match, including three on goal, while goalkeeper Ella Charles made five saves to keep the Crusaders within reach.
Dallas looked to rebound on Sunday in Sherman but fell 4–0 to Austin College at the Pierce Complex. The Crusaders generated nine shots—one on goal—and earned three corner kicks in the effort, while continuing to push forward offensively throughout both halves.
Despite the setbacks, Dallas continues to show determination and growth in conference play. The Crusaders will look to regroup and finish strong as they enter the final stretch of the regular season.
