KERRVILLE, Texas –– The University of Dallas men's cross country team competed at the Mountaineer Hill Country Invitational on Saturday morning, putting together a steady effort highlighted by a personal-best performance from junior Theodore Conboy.
Sophomore Jayden Curry paced the Crusaders with a 30:16.1 finish for 35th place overall. He was followed by fellow sophomore Brennan McNamara in 47th at 31:57.6, just ahead of Conboy, who clocked a personal record of 31:59.2 for 48th. Sophomore Liam Pelster crossed next in 32:09.6, while classmate Matt Mirza (35:41.7) and junior Martin Lane (38:25.6) rounded out the lineup for Dallas.
The Crusaders closed the meet in 7th place among 8 competing teams.
