Hayden Landers named the Graduate assistant for the UDallas Cross Country program.
Hayden Landers enters his first season with the University of Dallas cross country program in 2026–27 as a graduate assistant.

Coaching Experience

Most recently, Landers served as a strength and conditioning intern at Sports Academy–Frisco. There, he worked with athletes from a variety of sports to develop acceleration and maximum velocity through sport-specific strength and conditioning. He also created short and long-term training plans focused on improving athletic performance while appropriately balancing training demands and recovery.

During the spring 2026 semester, Landers coached middle school athletes at Siloam Christian School. In that role, he helped athletes improve their overall athletic capacity while developing strong basketball fundamentals.

Personal

Landers competed for the John Brown University Golden Eagles during his collegiate running career. Before attending John Brown, he ran for Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano, Texas. Landers earned a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in Spanish from John Brown University. He is continuing his education in the MBA program at the University of Dallas, where he is pursuing a concentration in business analytics.
