Bio
Cara Sczepanski was a forward and one of the cornerstones of UD women’s basketball from 2007 to 2011. She finished her career as UD’s career leader in games played (107, tied) in points (1,906), field goals (672), and free throws (553), while also holding single-season records in games played (28) and rebounds (270). She was a four-time letter winner, four-time Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) First Team recipient, and a two-time United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) All-American. On top of her career and single-season records, Sczepanski is also third all-time at UD in rebounds (828), fifth all-time in steals (182), fifth all-time in blocks (66), and fourth all-time in field goal percentage (45.8%).
