Crusaders Get Win No.1 in Conference Play

IRVING, Texas -- The Crusaders had a long weekend that would end in victory. Dallas had a three game weekend and finished with a win on Sunday over Centenary. Dallas is now 1-13 on the season and 1-1 in conference.

The Crusaders dropped a set and early but never looked back, winning three of the last four sets 25-23, 25-15, and 25-19.  The Crusaders acquired 58 kills, 13 from Marcette Williams and 17 from Bailie Garcia with four erros a piece.

Reagan Aponte managed 34 assists on the day, and Carina Alonso had 15 digs across 4 sets of action.

The Crusaders will play Colorado College in a conference bout in Colorado.  They will play on Friday, September 27 at 6:00PM.
