Box Score 1 | Box Score 2

IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas volleyball team wrapped up its Pink Out Weekend with a strong showing at the Maher Athletic Center, battling through two matches in back-to-back days. After a hard-fought opening match against LeTourneau on Friday, the Crusaders regrouped and delivered an impressive five-set win over Centenary (La.) on Saturday afternoon, followed by a dominant sweep of Lone Star College to close the weekend.

The opening match of the weekend against LeTourneau proved to be an uphill battle, as the Crusaders fought through long rallies and tight sets that ultimately served as valuable preparation for Day Two. That resilience showed the next day when Dallas defeated Centenary (La.) in five sets (25–21, 25–18, 20–25, 12–25, 15–13).

The Crusaders came out strong by claiming the first two sets before the Ladies rallied to even the match. In the decisive fifth frame, Dallas surged ahead behind clutch serving and steady defense to secure the home win.

Mary Mehan led the attack with 14 kills, while Ja'Niyah Boudreaux tallied 10 and Ava Jackson added six. Jackson also had a standout performance from the service line with six aces, followed by Boudreaux with four and Breana Timms with three. Anna Clement and Mehan each recorded three blocks, helping to anchor the front line. Offensively, Isabella Salazar and Syraia Harvey split setting duties evenly with 14 assists apiece, while Timms paced the defense with 16 digs.

Dallas capped off its Pink Out with a convincing 3-0 sweep over Lone Star College later that evening, showcasing balanced play and momentum from the Centenary victory.

The Crusaders (3–18, 1–8 SCAC) will look to carry their momentum into next weekend as they continue conference play.
