IRVING, Texas – The Crusaders battled in a tough series against Hendrix, dropping both games. Dallas (7-21, 3-15 SCAC), held to four total runs across the series, while the Warriors (6-11, 0-3 SAA) was able to secure the sweep.
Dallas had open windows offensively in the opener but the Warriors defense made it difficult on them, falling 3-0. Game two saw the Crusaders take an early lead, but Hendrix rallied late to pull out a 6-4 victory late.

The Crusaders' bats were quiet in game one, managing just two hits against Hendrix's pitching. MacKenzie Flocke (1-for-2, BB) and Erika Gazalski (1-for-2, BB) were the only Dallas hitters to reach base multiple times.
On the mound, Kristiana Guerra and SunnyDale Thies kept the game close, limiting the Warriors to three runs, but the offense couldn't find a breakthrough.

Dallas' bats came alive in game two, collecting five hits and drawing four walks. Katie Duffy-Relf (1-for-3, 2B, RBI) and SunnyDale Thies (1-for-3, RBI) provided key hits, while Ava Aleman and Lizette Sosa each drove in a run.
Despite taking an early lead, the Crusaders couldn't hold off Hendrix's late push, as the Warriors rallied in the final innings to take the 6-4 win and complete the series sweep.
