LONGVIEW, Texas – The University of Dallas men's basketball team fell 84-72 to LeTourneau on January 30 at Solheim Arena.
The Crusaders came out strong, shooting 53.3 percent in the opening half to take a 41-34 lead at halftime behind efficient offense and solid interior play. Dallas moved the ball well and generated quality looks, holding control for much of the first 20 minutes.
In the second half, LeTourneau responded with a high-scoring push, outscoring UDallas 50-31 to take control late. Despite a balanced effort, the Crusaders were unable to maintain their early momentum down the stretch.
Dallas finished the night shooting 43.3 percent from the field, adding 10 second-chance points and 38 points in the paint.

Thomas Fleming led the Crusaders with 22 points, going a perfect 8-for-8 from the free-throw line in a full 40-minute effort.

Johny Olmsted added 13 points, along with two assists and two steals.

SHREVEPORT, Louisiana – Dallas returned to the court on January 31, dropping a hard-fought 66-60 contest to Centenary at the Gold Dome.
The Crusaders trailed 31-23 at halftime after struggling to find rhythm from three-point range in the opening half. Dallas came out stronger in the second period, shooting 53.8 percent from the field and cutting into the deficit with improved pace and execution.
UDallas closed the gap late behind timely scoring and defensive pressure, but Centenary held on in the final minutes to secure the win.
The Crusaders finished with 42 rebounds, including 13 offensive boards, and scored 32 points in the paint.

Johny Olmsted paced UDallas with 23 points, shooting 8-of-13 from the field and 3-of-6 from three-point range.
