Reginald “Bo” Franklin enters his first season as an assistant and player development coach at U Dallas. 
 
Coach Bo is a former collegiate basketball player who began his career at Cincinnati State, later transferring to the University of New Orleans where he won a championship. Bo continued his college career at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith as the team’s Captain, winning two championships during his three years there. At the conclusion of his collegiate career, Coach Bo played professionally in Italy for two seasons. 
 
After his playing career, he became a licensed personal trainer and motivational speaker, mastering the area of recovery. Bo is from Morganza, Louisiana, and his extensive experiences from Cincinnati to Europe will be a tremendous addition to the U Dallas women’s program. 
 
Coach Bo takes pride in speaking to uplift, motivate, inspire, and remind people of the love of Jesus Christ; he is a proud husband, brother, son, and kingdom man. His discipleship has led him to the University of Dallas!
