IRVING, Texas - The University of Dallas men's basketball team earned a strong 67-59 road win at Austin College, setting the tone early with a balanced offensive attack and holding steady down the stretch to secure their first SCAC victory of the season.
Johny Olmsted powered the Crusaders with 20 points on 8-12 shooting, while Thomas Fleming matched him with 20 of his own, going a perfect 14-14 from the free-throw line. Chandler Holmes added 16 points and three triples, and Kris Burgan anchored the glass with a team-high eight rebounds. Dallas shot over 80% from the line and never relinquished control after building an early lead, improving to 2-5 overall and 1-0 in conference play.
