CLARKSVILLE, Ark. / CONWAY, Ark. –– The University of Dallas volleyball team continued SCAC play on the road this weekend, falling in a five-set battle to Ozarks on Saturday before dropping a straight-set match at Hendrix on Sunday.
Against Ozarks, the Crusaders came out strong by taking the first two sets before the Eagles rallied for a 3-2 win (15–25, 23–25, 25–16, 25–20, 15–8). Andrea Zavaleta-Vega paced the offense with seven kills, while Grace Achilles and Anna Clement chipped in six apiece. Ja'Niyah Boudreaux led at the service line with three aces, and Breana Timms anchored the defense with 16 digs.
UDallas battled again on Sunday at Hendrix but fell 3-0 (25–21, 25–20, 25–18). Boudreaux, Ava Jackson, and Madison Triolet each posted four kills, while Isabella Woodley tallied four aces to spark the Crusaders. Timms added 13 digs, and Syraia Harvey directed the offense with seven assists.
